CBSA Extends Investigations into Fabricated Industrial Steel December 9, 2016 The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has extended its investigations into the alleged injurious dumping of certain fabricated industrial steel components (FISC). However, due to the complexity of this investigation and issues presented, this timeframe has been extended to 135 days. As a result, CBSA has advised that the decision to issue the preliminary determinations or to terminate all or part of the investigations will be made on or before January 25, 2017.
